In this Job Interview English lesson, we’re going to look at common English interview questions and answers. In the English video we look at how to answer common job interview questions in English such as: “Tell me about a recent achievement?” “What achievements are you most proud of?” “Tell me about a time when you demonstrated a particular quality?” “Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict?” This lesson covers English interview tips for answering questions about your experience and behavior. That includes accomplishments and how to answer behavioral questions using a situation, action, result response. Rather than talking about individual accomplishments, think of something that shows how your achievement helped the company. Another important point when talking about your achievements: show appreciation for others’ efforts. Sure, it’s a question about you. But most positions require teamwork, and so most companies are looking for team players. Besides questions about your achievements, you’re likely to face questions about past behavior. A common type of behavioral question is “tell us about a time when you demonstrated a particular quality?” For example, leadership, or problem-solving, or creativity. In this case, the interviewers want some evidence, or proof, of your abilities. And when you discuss what you did, keep it to three simple parts: the situation, what you did, and the result. #EnglishJobInterview #EnglishJobInterviewTips #JobInterviewEnglish #JobInterviewinEnglish #EnglishInterviewQuestions #JobInterviewAnswers Job Interview English | English Interview Questions and Answers | Job Interview Questions and Answers in English @BusinessEnglishPod
